This hotel was a great find for my Christmas trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious and well-priced. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the spacious and beautiful courtyard, which offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience. While the rooms were comfortable, they were a bit basic and could have been a bit cleaner.

the hotel was situated very close to the new park bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. you’ll need about 5 minutes to reach patan durbar square on foot.

The hotel is close to ashok stupa. Patan Museum Cafe, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the venue.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, plus friendly staff that tried their best to help us with everything we needed. The hotel also had a great restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices.
The hotel was located in a noisy area, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the water pressure was extremely low in the shower, making it difficult to rinse off properly.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the main tourist attractions and a few minutes from the main bus terminal. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and a lovely courtyard restaurant. We also enjoyed the helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and consistent hot water. a great value for money!
Everything was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel's location is perfect, with the Patan historic center, markets, and "Mahaboudha Patan" temple just a few steps away. The rooms are tidy, with comfortable bed coverings and ample hot water despite the wet bathroom issue. The staff is exceptional, offering friendly and gracious service. The breakfast is standard but adequate, and the Nepali food, particularly the Momos, is absolutely delicious.
There were some issues with the plumbing and outlets which could use a little sprucing up.
